These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Tech Hub Academy (“Academy”, “we”, “our”, “us”), including all courses, content, services, and platforms operated by the Academy.

By enrolling in or using our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY & ENROLLMENT

1.1 Our programs are open to individuals who:

* Are at least 18 years old, or
* Have parental/guardian consent if under 18.

1.2 Enrollment is confirmed only after full or agreed payment is received.

1.3 We reserve the right to:

* Accept or reject any application
* Remove any participant who violates these Terms

2. PROGRAM STRUCTURE & DELIVERY

2.1 The Academy offers:

* Self-paced courses
* Live classes
* Hybrid programs (self-paced + live)

2.2 Live sessions may be:

* Recorded for educational and quality purposes
* Made available to enrolled students only

2.3 Program schedules, instructors, and content may change where necessary, without reducing overall learning outcomes.

3. FEES & PAYMENT

3.1 Course fees are clearly stated on the enrollment page.

3.2 Payment options may include:

* Full payment
* Installment plans (where available)

3.3 Failure to complete agreed installment payments may result in:

* Suspension of access
* Removal from live sessions

4. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

4.1 All payments are non-refundable, except where expressly stated.

4.2 Refunds may be considered only if:

* The Academy cancels a program
* A written refund policy applies to a specific program

4.3 Refund requests based on:

* Change of mind
* Time constraints
* Lack of commitment
will not be honored.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1 All course materials, including:

* Videos
* Slides
* Templates
* Recordings
* Assignments
* Frameworks

are the exclusive intellectual property of the Academy.

5.2 Students may use materials for personal learning only.

5.3 You may not:

* Share materials publicly or privately
* Record or distribute live sessions
* Resell or reproduce Academy content

Violation may result in legal action and permanent removal without refund.

6. STUDENT CONDUCT & EXPECTATIONS

6.1 Students are expected to:

* Engage respectfully with tutors and peers
* Complete assignments honestly
* Follow community guidelines

6.2 Harassment, discrimination, plagiarism, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

6.3 We reserve the right to remove any student who violates conduct standards without refund.

7. CERTIFICATION

7.1 Certificates of completion are issued only if:

* Required coursework is completed
* Minimum attendance and participation standards are met

7.2 Certificates do **not** guarantee:

* Employment
* Promotion
* Salary increase

8. CAREER SUPPORT DISCLAIMER

8.1 Career support may include:

* CV reviews
* Portfolio guidance
* Interview preparation
* Mentorship sessions

8.2 The Academy does **not guarantee job placement**.

8.3 Employment outcomes depend on:

* Student effort
* Market conditions
* Skills and experience

9. USE OF STUDENT WORK & TESTIMONIALS

9.1 By enrolling, you grant the Academy permission to:

* Showcase anonymized student projects
* Use testimonials, feedback, or success stories for marketing

9.2 Personal identifiers will not be shared without consent.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

10.1 The Academy is not liable for:

* Personal losses
* Career decisions
* Business outcomes
* Third-party tools or platforms used during training

10.2 All learning is provided on an “as-is” basis.

11. TECHNOLOGY & PLATFORM ACCESS

11.1 Students are responsible for:

* Internet access
* Compatible devices
* Required software tools

11.2 We are not responsible for:

* Internet failures
* Device issues
* Third-party platform outages

12. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

12.1 We may suspend or terminate access if:

* These Terms are breached
* Payments are incomplete
* Misconduct occurs

12.2 Termination does not entitle the student to a refund.

13. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

13.1 We collect and process personal data in accordance with our **Privacy Policy**.

13.2 Student data will not be sold to third parties.

14. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

14.1 The Academy reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

14.2 Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the **Federal Republic of Nigeria**.
